Reflection on the Information Management of Military Medical Research Funding

针对军队医学科研资助信息化建设所面临的问题,从其必要性、可行性、建设内容和实施策略几个方面,具体论述了基金资助网络化管理的变革方向,为军队科研管理的进一步发展做出理论探索。

Based on the analysis of main problems of the information construction in military medical research funding, the author discussed the necessity, feasibility, construction content and implementing strategy of funding management based on network. The practice of the author was beneficial to the development of the administration of military medical research funding.
