Discussion on the Cultivation of Comprehensive Quality of Military College Students

当前医学教育存在着偏重专业知识,忽略学生综合人文素质教育的现象。本文通过医学教育现状分析,提出改变观念,发挥综合性大学的优势,提高教师的人文素质,创建浓厚的校园文化,加强社会实践等途径,提高医学生的综合人文素质,以适应社会的进步和医学的发展。

At present, medical education paid too much attention to special knowledge, but ignored the comprehensive quality education. Based on the analysis of current situation of medical education, the author pointed out that medical college must enhance comprehensive quality to adapt to the social progress and development of medicine from the following aspects, which were changing education idea, improving teacher＇s humanity quality, establishing excellent campus culture as well as strengthening social practice.
