摘要
通过对10所大型医院护理人力资源现状调查发现,人力资源不足、能力偏低、职称结构不合理等问题。建议合理配置,达到优化组合,从而提高护理工作质量与效率。
Current situation in Ntwsing human resource was invistigated in 10 general hospital in China. The problem was fotmded in term of shortage of nursing human resource, low capability of nurses, disordor of nurse' s professional tide. Effective nursing human resource assignment, effective re-orgnized groups are improving nursing quality and ntwsing work rote.
