邢台地区社会经济发展水平评价

An Estimate of Developing Level of Society and Economy in the Region of Xingtai

由吴良镛教授带领的专家团队提出"京津冀地区城乡空间发展规划研究",并分别在2002年和2006年完成了两期规划报告.在这样一个大规划背景下,对地处京广铁路沿线和冀南的邢台进行一下摸底研究,显得尤为必要.本文依据2004年的统计数据,选取了反映县域社会经济发展水平的14项指标,在SPSS10.0软件中采用了主成分分析方法,对邢台地区的17个县市进行综合评价,并计算出各个县市的综合得分,然后通过聚类分析得出邢台地区社会经济发展水平的地域差异.最后,对这种地域差异现象进行了分析,并对以后的发展提出了一些建议.

The program, the study of planning on spatial development of urban and rural areas in the region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, has been put forward by a team of experts with Professor Wu as their leader. Two reports have been finished respectively in 2002 and 2006. Under such a planning background, it seems extremely necessary to have a fundamental enquiry into Xingtai which is both along the railroad from Beijing to Guangzhou and sitting in the south of Hebei Province. According to the statistical data of 2004, 14 indexes, reflecting the developing level of both society and economy of a county are sellected. Then with the software, SPSS10.0, 17counties are estimated in a comprehensive way through Principal Components Analysis, a mathematic method, and the total score of each county is calculated. In the following, the regional differences of developing level of society and economy in the region of Xingtai are obtained by tha method of Clustering Analysis with the same software. Finally the phenomenon of regional difference is analyzed and some suggestions are given for the future development.
