摘要
为及时综合利用最新水文气象信息,提高船舶航行安全和营运效益,根据数据融合原理,采用求取极大值融合的方法,对船舶现有的水文气象资料从像元级、特征级、决策层等3个不同层次进行数据融合,应用于航海水文气象资料并进行综合分析判断.通过"育锋"轮从韩国光阳返回江苏南京整个航程的传真报文资料分析与航行实际情况对比发现,实际情况与应用该方法综合分析判断的中值或平均值比较接近,证明该方法对正确利用船上现有资料,尽可能解读出符合实际海况的航海环境条件,提高分析和预报水平,保证航行安全、提高营运效益具有一定的参考价值.
For fully utilization of the latest hydro-meteorological information to enhance the ships, navigational safety and operational efficiency, the hydrological and meteorological data are integrated in three levels: the pixel level, feature-level and decision-making level. According to data fusion principle, the maximum value is introduced by a fusion method, and the result is applied to the ship navigation analysis and judgment. Through comparing the fusion result with the actual situation of navigational route from Kwangyang to Nanjing on "Yufeng", the average value or medium value approximates to the real condi- tion. By applying the data fusion method, the existing hydro-meteorological materials are fully used, and the accurate forecast of navigation circumstances is acquired. Some reference values are achieved to improve the pilot analysis of the available fax materials and the weather forecast to guarantee the navigational safety and enhance the operational efficiency.
