摘要
中小城市的人口占全国城镇人口的1/4,若全部实施水表远传系统,每年能够节约可观的自来水量。分析了进行水表远传系统改造的必要性、改造的特点和存在的问题。最后介绍了5种水表远程抄表技术和方法并进行了比较;提出了适合于中小城市水表远传系统的框架、构成及功能。
The population in medium and small cities takes up one-fourth of the total urban population in China,and a considerable amount of water can be saved each year if all of those cities are equipped with the remote water metering system.Analysis is made of the necessity to reform the e-xisting system by adopting the remote water metering system,the features and problems in the reform.By comparing 5 remote water metering techniques and methods,the framework,structure and functions of the system are proposed applicable to medium and small cities.
