对HIV感染、复活和抑制研究的一些新发现 被引量:2

摘要 最近牛津大学的Simmon博士对HIV感染靶细胞的分子机制进行研究,发现HIV与树突状细胞(DC)上的DC—Sign受体结合后,不仅会提高机体免疫反应,还能促进病毒转运至局部的T淋巴细胞而引发感染。HIV-1感染的起始阶段,DC的细胞内信号传导对于病毒复制显得尤为重要,当少量HIV沾染到DC细胞表面时,机体免疫细胞即表达高水平的DC—Sign,两者在局部结合后,
