Cultural Innovation and the Establishment of National Image in the New Century

文化创新遭遇的一个强敌就是中国的文化失败主义,这是对内而言;对外而言,中国文化形象模糊不清。内部的虚空与外部的游移不定是中国最大的文化安全问题。内部的协调和团结、外部的蒸蒸朝气,是中国文化健康发展的必要保证。文化创新是要培育一片生态世界,其契机就是太空文明、也就是时间空间本体论。中国经济的崛起正好与太空文明同步,新的文明时代将是一个后传统的时代,传统文化的精髓依然对这个世界产生重要的精神作用。太空文明开拓了崭新的人类经验,将是文化创新的重要触媒。随着文化世界观的逐步拓展,中国的文化创新也必将迎来一个崭新的开始:从体系创新、范畴创新、艺术创新,到文学创新。中国文学批评是文化创新的窗口但问题很多(殖民化、肤浅化、炒作化是其主要弊端),有必要进行文化清理和思想重建,以引发中国文化艺术精神之建构和中国形象之重塑革新生机。

One of the biggest obstacles for cultural innovation is the culture defeatism in China, as well as its dim image viewed from the outside world. Both the vacuity within and the wobbling situation without are the biggest problems for cultural security. Only the harmony and togetherness inside and the vitality from outside can ensure a healthy development for Chinese culture. Cultural innovation will nourish an ecological world. Celestial civilization cultivates a Temporal-Space Ontology which is essential for this change. The economic progress in China is synchronous with the arrival of the age of celestial civilization. The new civilization will be an era of post-tradition. The soul of traditional culture still plays an important role for the new spirit of this world. Celestial civilization exploits new human experience that will be the important activator for cultural innovation. With the increasing extending of the cultural worldview, cultural innovation brings new starting points for China： system innovation, category innovation, art innovation, literature innovation, etc. Literary criticism is a window for cultural innovation; it has involved so many problems, such as colonization, shallowness, entertainment tendency. It is necessary to carry out the project of cultural cleanness and the reestablishment of thinking, and therefore bringing new energy and a fresh atmosphere into Chinese cultural spirit and national image reshaping.
