摘要
目的:比较上海地区三级医院和社区卫生服务中心对标牌标识需求的共性与差异。方法:通过问卷法对患者及家属进行调查,了解他们对医院就诊服务环境主要是标牌标识的看法及建议。结果:大部分患者及家属对医院标牌标识比较满意,社区卫生服务中心相对好些;患者经常询问的问题主要是,门诊各科室楼层和地点、获悉检查结果的时间和地点等;标识系统的表现方式大致相同,但需求上双方有所不同。三级医院在利用信息化服务手段、标识维护和更新方面优于后者。结论:三级医院要转变观念,正确认识标识系统的功能和作用,完善和规范标识系统,尤其是加强导医工作。社区卫生服务中心要加强社区卫生服务信息化建设,同时将人性化服务贯穿细微处。
Objective:To realize the commonness and difference sign demands in health institutes. Methods:Patients and their families were investigated with questionnaire. Results: Most patients and their families comparatively satisfied with the system; the community health service centers were better than hospitals, the frequency of the inquiring included the floor, office locus of section and time and place of medical results. The exhibition modes were same. However, the demands were different. Conclusion:The hospitals should change ideas about sign and perfect it, especially the guide system. The community health service centers should strengthen the constructing of information system.
