摘要
目的:了解军队人员的健康状况、医疗服务的需求信息及其影响因素,为军队卫生资源配置方案的研究和卫生管理部门的决策提供依据。方法:遵循经济、有效和代表性的原则,对17 295名军队人员的心理健康情况进行问卷调查。结果及讨论:军人卫生服务需要量增加,内部结构改变;军队人员的卫生服务利用量下降;部队卫生资源分布与配置有待改进。
Objective： To understand the health conditions of military personnel and influence factors. Methods： 17295 military personnel were investigated with questionnaires based on principles of economics and effectiveness. Results and conclusion： Health demands are improved but the inner structure has been changed; utility of health service is lower and the distributing of health resources need to be improved.
