摘要
目的:应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定青春宝抗衰老片中铅含量。‘方法:以HNO3-H2O2为氧化剂,压力消解处理样品,同时与干法灰化法作比较,磷酸氢二铵作测铅基体改进剂,考察了基体改进剂选择与用量、灰化温度、原子化温度以及干扰元素对测定的影响。结果:本法RSD为1.832%~3.446%,检出限为1.85/μg·L^-1,并且按标准加入法进行回收率试验,结果回收率为93.11%~103.5%。结论:本法简单,快速,准确且有较高的重复性。
OBJECTIVE GF-AAS was applied to the determination of lead in Qingchunbao anti-caducity Of tablets by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. METHODS The samples were processed by pressure dissociation method and lay using HNO3-H2O2 as Oxidant and compaired with dry method, (NH4)2 HPO4 was selectied as matrix modifier. The effects of modifiers quantity, ashing temperature, atomization temperature and element interference on the determination of arsenic and lead were investigated. RESULTS The relative standard deviation of this method was 1. 832% to 3.446%,the detection limit was 1.85/μg·L^-1 and recovery tested by the standard addition method gave values in the range of 93.11% to 103.50%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid, accurate and of high accuracy.
