摘要
口服脑溢安颗粒剂预防性给药，能使兔偏瘫记分下降，减轻脑水肿，ｉｇ５４．３２ｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ（以生药量计，以下同）能明显降低兔脑组织丙二醛ＭＤＡ的含量，升高超氧化物歧化酶ＳＯＤ含量，能使去甲肾上腺素ＮＥ含量下降。
WTBZ〗The effect of Naoyian(NYA) Granule on SOD,MDA and NE contents of brain tissue in rabbit model with cerebral hemorrhage was studied.After pretreated by NYA ig 54.32 g/kg,the hemiplegia score was decreased ,the brain edema reduced, the level of MDA and NE in the brain tissue was lowered and SOD increased.
