摘要
观察了加味八珍汤对环磷酰胺所致狗造血功能损伤的治疗作用。结果表明：本方能较明显的促进粒系、巨噬系集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）、红系集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｅ）和红系爆式集落形成单位（ＢＦＵ－Ｅ）产率的形成，与单纯环磷酰胺组比较，Ｐ＜０．００１；增殖骨髓有核细胞数；对混合集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｍｉｘ）、巨核系集落形成单位（ＣＦＵ－Ｍｅｇ）也有不同程度的刺激增生作用。结果还为气血虚证本质的研究提供依据。
WTBZ〗The effect of Jiaweibazhen Decoction on hemopoietic function of Cyclophosphamide-treated dogs was studied. It was shown that Jiaweibazhen Decoction can reduce the suppressive effect of Cyclophosphamide on nucleared cells in bone marrow,(promote obviously the numbers of the granuloid colony forming unit, erythroid colony forming unit, erythroid burst-forming unit),and can also increase the numbers of monocytic-macrophagic colony forming unit and colony forming unit megakaryocyte. The results suggested that Jiaweibazhen Decoction can modulate the hemopoietic function. [WTHZ〗
