肝中叶切除术局部解剖学基础及应用

Middle lobe of liver: its anatomy and application in hepatectomy

本文对19例肝中叶切除病例进行分析，探讨了肝中叶切除的肝脏解剖定位方法、术中出血的控制及余肝创面的处理，认为：①术中B超是进行肝叶解剖定位简易、安全的方法；②无血切肝技术可减少术中出血；③胆总管置管引流有利于术中指引及余肝创面的愈合。

19 cases of middle lobe hepatectomy were analysised in this article. Orientation of marking middle lobe, methods of bleeding control,and management of remaining liverwere studied. The conclusion are: ①orientation the middle lobe of liver by Bultrosound inoperation is a simple but effective method; ②no bleeding mehtod of hepatectomy may significantly decrease the losing blood ;③incision and drainage in common bile duct may be faverable to do the operation and be benifitial to the healing of remain liver.
