摘要
以5个切花月季品种的试管苗叶片为外植体,研究了叶片直接和间接再生2种途径,结果表明:5个品种的叶片再生能力相差较大,直接再生率由高到低排序为卡罗拉(56.1%)、沃蒂(55.6%)、坦尼克(51.6%)、维西利亚(45.0%)、巴比伦(35.2%);愈伤组织诱导率、间接分化率的排列顺序与直接再生率基本相同.上述研究可得出基因型对再生能力具有如下调控效应及特点:不同基因型对培养基种类及植物生长调节剂的要求,对脱分化与再分化能力的调控,对不同组织、器官的再生能力的调控均具有同一性;但不同基因型、甚至同一基因型的不同组织、器官还具有一定的特异性.
Direct and indirect regeneration of plantlets in in vitro culture of 5 cut Chinese rose cultivars was studied with their leaves as explants. Marked differences were observed in direct plantlet regeneration capacity among the 5 cultivars studied, which appeared in the order of Carola (56.1%), Virdi (55.6%), Tinete (51.6%), Versilia (45.0%) and Papillon (35.2~). A similar trend existed in callus induction rate and indirect shoot differentiation rate. In general, the cultivars had similar demands for the kinds of cul- ture media and exogenous plant regulators and almost identical regeneration ability for the differentiation and re-differentiation of plant tissues and organs, but there still existed specificities in different tissues and organs of different genotypes as well as the same genotype.
