拖线引流法在复杂性肛周脓肿手术中的应用

Application of Pull-thread Drainage in the Operation for Complex Peri-anal Abscess

为探讨拖线引流法治疗复杂性肛周脓肿的疗效，对48例肛周脓肿交叉设计分成两组，分别行拖线引流法和切开引流法，比较术后疗效。结果显示，拖线引流法患者术后形成复杂性肛瘘的发生率远低于切开引流法患者，且明显缩短了愈合时间，降低了治疗费用。结果表明，拖线引流法治疗复杂性肛周脓肿疗效满意，治疗费用低，并发症少。

For exploring the therapeutic effects of pull-thread drainage for complex peri-anal abscess,authors divided 48 cases of this disease into two groups,which were subjected to pull-thread drainage and to resection drainage respectively. As results, the incidence of complex anal fistula in former group was dis- tinctly lower than that in latter group,and shortened healing time,reduced treatment cost,in a word,pull- thread drainage can obtain satisfactory outcome for treating complex peri-anal abscess.
