一期切开隧道式拖线治疗蹄铁型肛周脓肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Horseshoe Peri-anal Abscess with the Primary Incision Tunnel Pull-thread Procedure

为探讨蹄铁型肛周脓肿的有效治疗方法，避免肛管括约肌的过度损伤和肛门畸形的发生，采用一期切开隧道式拖线的手术方法治疗蹄铁型脓肿29例，结果显示，一次治愈28例，治愈率为96.6％，无复发及并发症，肛门形态正常，结果表明，一期切开隧道式拖线治疗蹄铁型肛周脓肿以有达到一期治愈的目的，并有效保持肛门的基本形态，避免肛管括约肌的损伤，肛门变形，移位，功能障碍等并发症.

For probing into more effective therapy for horseshoe peri-anal abscess, protecting from over- damage of anal sphincter and anal malformation, authors adopted the primary incision tunnel pull-thread procedure to treat 29 patients with this disease. As resuhs,28 cases were cured primaryly,curative rate was !）G. 6~ ：no recurrence and complication found,morphology of anus were mormal. It is indicated the above procedure could obtain the outcome of primary cure,maintain intact basic morphology of anus effectively, prevent injuries of anal sphincter, and severe complication such as anal dysmorphosis, dislocation as well dysfunction,etc.
