高龄结直肠癌患者并存病的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of the Concurrent Diseases of Senile Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma

为探讨高龄结肠、直肠癌患者并存病围手术期的护理．对65例70岁以上有并存病的结肠、直肠癌患者术前做好全面检金，积极治疗并存病。术后密切观察病情，做好管道护理，重视健康指导，进行术前术后全方位的优质护理。结果显示，术后并发症肠瘘2例，创口裂开2例，创口感染3例，肺部感染3例，心功能不全1例，围手术期死亡1例。结果表明，虽然并存病增加了手术的风险，但术前全面了解病情，加强并存病围手术期的护理，可大大提高手术的成功率，降低手术死亡率和并发症的发生。

Perioperative nursing of the concurrent diseases of 65 cases senile patients （≥70yr） with colorectal carcinoma was investigated in the study. Overall nursing was provided for these senile patients,which included complete examination, proper treatment of the concurrent diseases, postoperative attentive observing the condition, careful tract nursing and attentive health guidance. The postoperative complications included intestinal fistula（2 cases）,wound fissuration（2 cases）,wound infection（3 cases）,pulmonary infection（3 cases） and cardiac insufficiency（1 case）. One case died during the perioperative period. It is suggested that proper perioperative nursing can notably increase the success rate of surgical treatment and decrease operative mortality and complications.
