摘要
天然蛋白多糖透明质酸(HA)具有非免疫原性,在药物及基因的控制传递方面有理想的生物相容性。然而,HA的亲水性限制了其作为药物载体的应用广度,因此需要经过化学修饰改善其物理特性,同时保持其生物相容性,使其更好地胜任药物载体的角色。此外,HA与多种聚合物的复合物在性能上相互补充和促进,复合材料的载体也显示出更优越的特性。本文针对目前HA、HA衍生物及其复合物微球/微囊的制备方法、应用现状和发展前景进行了综述。
Hyaluronan (HA) is a kind of non-immtmogenic glycosaminoglycans in extracellular matrix, and has wonderful biocompatibility, which is promising to be developed as drug carriers to realize controlled release. However, the hydrophilicity of HA confines its application as drug carriers, HA should be chemical modified to advance its physical properties and simultaneously remaining its biocompatibility. Furthermore, HA and some other polymers earl retrieve and promote the characteristics of each other, and thereby the compound shows better properties. In this review, we summarize the preparation technique, the current application fields and the development of the mierospheres/microcapsules of HA, HA derivatives and the compounds.
