血管内超声消融术治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing to the Patients with Diabetic Foot after Intravascular Ultrasound Ablation

目的总结对糖尿病足患者进行血管内超声消融术后的疗效观察及护理提高此病症的治愈率。方法对66例糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)患者运用血管内超声消融术治疗后的护理进行回顾性分析,从血管造影对比、皮温测量、足趾坏疽变化、静息痛缓解和手术并发症五个方面进行疗效观察并进行长期随访。讨论血管内超声消融治疗虽然近期疗效较好,但远期疗效还有待于提高。因此,对于加强DF患者经过超声消融治疗后的健康教育及术后护理是极为重要的。

Objective To summarize the clinical observation and nursing to the patients with diabetic foot after intravascular ultrasound ablation so as to improve the cure rate. Methods Make a retrospective analysis to the nursing to the 66 patients with DF after intravascular ultrasound ablation, including comparison of angiography, measurement of dermal temperature, the change of toe gangrene, operative complications. Discussion Although have obtained a better efficacy of therapy in a recent period, to continue to improve the effect in future is necessary. There- fore, education on health and nursing after the therapy is important to the patients with DF.
