摘要
采用行动研究法比较两种教学模式在培养医学生临床思维和分析问题、解决问题能力方面的效度。结果显示,两种教学法在记忆型知识点的掌握方面效度相当,而在培养医学生临床思维和分析问题、解决问题能力方面,WebQuest教学模式有较高的效度。
This paper compares the efficiency of the two teaching modes in cultivating the medical students' clinical thinking and their problem-discovering and problem-solving potentials. The results show that the marks from the quiz without preparation are statistically different in the analysis questions (P〈0.05), but not in the objective questions between the two teaching modes. It is concluded that WebQuest teaching mode has higher efficiency in cultivating medical students' clinical thinking and innovative ability than the traditional teaching mode.
