摘要
目的:研究7株耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)耐药表型和基因型,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法:采用琼脂筛选法筛选VRE,并分别用Etest、多重PCR和限制性长度多态性分析方法检测万古霉素耐药或中介肠球菌株的表型和基因型。结果:7株对万古霉素耐药或中介的肠球菌株,2株为vanA型,3株为vanC1型,1株为vanC2/3型,1株基因型未明,基因型和表型一致。结论:7株VRE中有2株vanA型,提示实验室准确检测VRE对临床上合理使用抗生素和预防VRE的流行是非常重要的。
Objective Vancomycin resistance phenotypes and genotypes were studied for know the distribution of 7 vancomycin resistant enterococci (VRE) in Shenzhen Second Peoples Hospital and instruct rational application of antibiotics clinically. Methods Screening VRE with agar screen, and detecting the phenotypes and genotypes of vancomycin resistant or intermediate enterococci with E test and multiplex PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results 7 strains were vancomycin-resistant or intermediate to enterococci, vanA for 2 strains were detected, vanC1 for 3 strains were detected, vanC2/3 for 1 strain was detected, 1 strain was unknown. Their phenotypes confirmed to the genotypes. Conclusion 2 strains vanA have found. It is important for clinical laboratory to detect VRE with right methods to instruct rational application of antibiotics clinically and prevent VRE prevalence.
