摘要
南昌联发广场工程为超高层写字楼,介绍了方案的设计、扩大初步设计,内容包括规范要求的各种结构分析计算、弹塑性分析、性能设计、超限设计可行性论证和超限审查等过程。计算分析表明,在风荷载和地震作用下,工程的主体结构具备较好的承载变形能力和舒适度,结构竖向刚度比较均匀,无明显的薄弱层,能够达到"小震弹性"、"中震弹性"和"大震不倒"的中等水平的抗震性能目标。
The project design and second step design of Nanchang Lianfa Square Office Building are introduced, including the elastic analysis, elasticity and plasticity analysis, the function design, the possibility argument and the examination of the exceed limit design. The analysis of the calculating indicates that under wind load and earthquake load, the main structure of the project has good load bearing capacity and deformability and meets the demand of comfort, and the vertical rigidity is symmetrical and there are no obvious weak layers.
