针刺对自发性高血压大鼠血压及胰岛素抵抗的效应研究

Effects of Acupuncture on Blood Pressure and Insulin Resistance in Rats of Spontaneous Hypertension

为了解针刺治疗对自发性高血压大鼠血压的影响及其作用机制，我们选用３０只大鼠进行了针刺心经经穴和肺经经穴的研究，并与空白对照组相对比，发现：２组均有降低动脉血压的作用，并能降低血清胰岛素及Ｃ－肽水平，升高Ｃ－肽／胰岛素比值。改善胰岛素抵抗状态，升高心房肽可能是其作用机理。

In order to investigate the effect of acupuncture onblood pressure and its mechanisms in rats of spontaneous hypertension, 30 rats of spontaneous hypertesion were randomly assigned to three groups: heart channel group which received acupuncture on Shenmen (HT7 ),Yinxi (HT6) and Lingdao (HT4 ) acupoints, lung channel group which receive acupuncture on Taiyuan(LU9 ), Jingqu (LU8 )and Lieque (LU 7 )points,and control group which did not received acupuncture treatment. Results showed that in the both acupuncture groups, acupuncture decreased significantly blood pressure and serum contents of insulin and C-peptide.and raised C-peptide/insulin ratio. Improvement of insulin resistance and increase of atrial natriuetic polypeptide are possibly the mechanisms of the acupuncture decreasing blood pressure.
