摘要
钛铝基合金具有低密度,优异的高温强度,良好的抗氧化性和抗蠕变性等优异性能,但室温塑性低和在800℃以上抗氧化能力不足限制了钛铝基合金在工程上的实际应用。本文综述了高铌钛铝基合金研究进展,总结了合金的相结构和制备加工方法,探讨了微观组织、合金的相以及元素添加对合金性能的影响。
TiAl intermetallic compounds were attracted significant interest for high-temperature applications due to their low density,excellent high-temperature strength,high oxidation resistance and creep resistance.However,the poor room temperature ductility and inadequate oxidation resistance above 800 ℃ limited their practical applications.The progress in research on high Nb containing TiAl-based alloy was summarized.The phase structures and processing technology were introduced.The effects of microstructure,phase structures and elements addition on the performance of high Nb containing TiAl-based alloy were discussed.
