摘要
通过力学性能测试,借助X射线衍射分析、金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察,研究了Cu20Ni20Mn5Fe合金形变热处理过程中的性能及微观组织变化。结果表明,在所研究的变形范围内,形变时效可使合金的抗拉强度达到1600 MPa,硬度达到450 Hv。提高时效温度和增加冷变形量均可有效地抑制晶界择优析出。
The properties and microstructure of Cu20Ni20Mn5Fe alloy before and after thermomechanical treatment were studied by mechanical property test,X-ray diffraction,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that aging hardening improved the tensile strength and hardness,which reach 1600 MPa and 450 Hv.Raising both the aging temperature and cold-deformation amount could restrain the preferential precipitation of grain boundary effectively.
