煤炭气化多联产生产代用天然气分析

Analysis of Coal Gasification/Poly-generation to Produce Substitute Natural Gas(SNG)

简要介绍了目前我国天然气资源和供应状况,介绍和分析了以加压固定床气化、加压气流床气化为基础的煤气化多联产生产代用天然气的工艺流程,最后分析了可能建设多联产供应煤基天然气的几个区域。根据我国化石能源结构情况,提出利用煤气化多联产生产代用天然气并进入管网的设想。

The natural gas resources and its supply status in China were briefly introduced. According to the components of fossil energy, a proposal of producing substitute natural gas （SNG） based on coal gasification and poly-generation is given. Pressurized fixed-bed gasification and entrained flow bed gasification processes which can be used for poly-ge- neration and town gas （SNG） were evaluated. Finally, some areas where poly-generation plants can probably be built to produce SNG were analyzed. An assumption of coal-based SNG to enter the town gas pipeline network was suggested.
