针对焦炉砌筑中施工测量放线以及控制线的设置及其作用,介绍了焦炉施工中线形尺寸及标高的控制方法,标高控制方法有直立标杆法和50mm线法;在砌筑过程中,必须进行沉降观测。实践证明,这些控制方法在诸多焦炉工程砌筑中取得了良好的效果。

During bricklaying of the coke oven, several means can be applied in controlling the dimensions and elevations. The settlement situation of the oven body should be observed and should be synchronous with the bricklaying progress. To find the most useful way to do measuring, marking and controlling with the help of the marked lines, several methods suggested have been proven to be well effective in practice, such as vertical bar law or 50mm reference line to control the elevations.
