甲醇馏出口水含量超标的原因分析及解决方法

摘要 分析了精甲醇中水的来源,找出造成馏出口水含量超标的原因:回流量不能及时地根据生产负荷的变化而作相应的调节。通过收集正常生产中生产负荷与回流量的数据,建立了生产负荷与回流量的对照关系,使甲醇馏出口水含量得到有效控制,进而保证了精甲醇产品质量,提高了装置效益。 The source of water contained in fine methanol was analyzed. The reason of high water content is that the backflow is not timely adjusted according to the change of production load. Through collecting data during normal production in terms of production capacity vs back flow, the coincidence relationship between production load and backflow quantity was established. The water content in the outlet of methanol distillation has been effectively controlled. This ensures the quality of the fine methanol product and improves the efficiency of the plant.
