摘要
利用图像处理技术提取不同成熟时期烟叶的叶绿素含量,采用线性拟合和回归分析方法,建立了烟叶成熟期叶绿素含量估算模型,并对其精度进行了评价和验证.结果表明,RGB颜色系统的B/(R+G),色度坐标b可以作为叶绿素含量估算的主要颜色特征参数,叶绿素含量的模拟值与实测值均呈极显著正相关,相关系数均达到0.767以上.
Based on the change of tobacco leaf color in different maturity periods,the color features of tobacco leaf have been abstracted by the digital camera and image processing technique,and by the method of linear regression,a prediction model for chlorophyll concentration of tobacco leaf at maturity stage using color feature parameters was developed,whose precision was evaluated and tested.The result showed that,B/（R＋G）,b could be used as main color feature of concentration of chlorophyll.There were significant relationship between the simulated and measured data with correlation coeffcients 0.767 for chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll（a＋b） concentration.
