问卷调查分析表明,当前河南农业技术推广服务供需现状就内容上可以满足农民的基本需求,但就供给总量以及供给渠道仍然显得十分匮乏和不足.同时,在职能方面也存在功能不全、服务项目滞后于农民实际需求的现象.

According to the questionnaire survey analysis,the current agricultural technology extension service supply and demand condition in Henan may meet the farmer′s basic need for service projects,but total quantity of supplies as well as the channel of supplies is still extremely deficient and insufficient.At the same time,there are also some phenomena of malo function and service projects lagging behind actual demand of the farmer.
