摘要
以烤烟品种K326为试验材料,分别在茎基部进行保湿、遮光、去叶、喷涂10-4mol/LIAA处理,研究水分、光照和施用生长调节剂等对烤烟不定根生长发育的影响。结果表明:水分、光照对诱导不定根形成具有重要作用,其中水分是不定根能否生长发育和保持较高活性的关键因素。去除底叶和适量施用IAA处理具有增加不定根数量和提高根系活力的作用。
With flue-cured tobacco cv. K326 as test material, 4 treatments （moisture retention, shading, leaf removing and 10^-4mol/L IAA spraying） were respectively carried out at the base site of stem, and the effects of moisture content, light and IAA applying on the development of adventitious roots in flue-cured tobacco plants were studied. The results indicated that moisture content and light had important effects on the formation of adventitious roots, furthermore, the moisture content was the key factor on which the growth and activity of adventitious roots heavily relied. Applying IAA and removing lower leaves could increase the number and activity of adventitious roots.
