摘要 本文以微机测试系统测定28例胆结石患者和15例正常人的耳穴电容在10秒内的时变关系c~t。结果,耳穴之间和两组之间的电容时变性均无显著差异(P>0.05),耳穴电容时变量不足以区分穴位差异,也不可能成为区分病变的观察变量。因此,用动态法测量耳穴电容时,在低电压、低频率的条件下可以不考虑电容的时变性。此结果对全面认识耳穴电特性的非线性、对发展传统中医针灸学具有重要的意义。 Relation of capacitance on auricular points to time variation within 10 seconds was investigated by a computer-detection system in 28 cases of cholelithiasis and 15 normal humans. Results indicated that there was no significant difference(P>0.05 ) in the capacitance time variation among auricular points and between the two groups. The time-variable of capacitance on auricular points can not be used for differentiation between auricular points, and between pathological changes.Thus, when capacitance of auricular points is determined with dynamic method, the capacitance timevarying characteristic may not be considered at low voltage and frequency.The results have an important significance for overall understanding of non-linearity of electric characteristics of auricular POints and development of traditional acupuncture sciences of TCM.
