摘要
回顾分析我科1996年7月至2006年6月收集的386例外伤性鼓膜穿孔病例，探讨其致伤原因、穿孔部位、形态特征及发生机制，重点描述不典型外伤性穿孔的诊断，并对中耳及内耳损伤的愈合提出建议。
