美金胺对青光眼视神经的保护作用

摘要 青光眼导致视功能损害的病理基础是视网膜神经节细胞(retinal ganglion cell,RGC)的进行性凋亡及视神经纤维的丢失。目前认为 N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartate,NMDA)受体介导的细胞内钙超载引起的神经元兴奋毒损伤学说是青光眼神经节细胞死亡的主要机制之一,并据此考虑应用 NMDA 受体的拮抗剂来治疗青光眼的视神经损伤。美金胺(memantine)是一种接近于理想动力学的提供神经保护而显示较少副作用的非竞争性拮抗剂,有良好的应用前景。
