银翘解毒颗粒对鸭的长期毒性实验研究

Long-term toxicity of YinqiaoJiedu Keli(Granule of Lonicera and Forsythia) in ducks

观察银翘解毒颗粒对鸭的长期毒性,为临床安全用药提供依据。将常规饲喂至4周龄的鸭只随机分为4个组,3个剂量组分别按40 g/kg,20 g/kg,10 g/kg连续灌胃给予银翘解毒颗粒2 W,对照组给予同体积生理盐水。停药后继续观察2W,测试受试鸭只体征、体重、血液常规、肝肾功能及病理组织学变化。试验期间各组动物体征、体重、血液常规、肝肾功能均未出现组间差异;病理切片观察发现,高剂量组的切片有轻微的损伤,其中心脏的损伤较为明显,而且病变是一种可逆性的变化。银翘解毒颗粒在临床推荐剂量下有一定的安全性。

The objective was to observe the long term toxicity of YinqiaoJiedu Keli and to provide references for the clinical safe drug-use. Ducks of 4w of routine feeding were randomly divided into four groups with different dosages of high-dose （40 g/kg）,moderate-dose （20 g/kg）, and lower-dose （10 g/kg）respectively, and in the meantime, the ducks were fed with the same amount of saline water. The granules were taken through mouth for 2 w. The 1/2 of ducks were sampled after 2 w,and other 1/2 of them were sampled 2 w after stopping feeding medicine. The general behaviors and physical status, the body weight, blood routine and blood biochemistry ,the pathology of main organs were examined in all ducks. The results showed： there were no significant differences before and after. A slight damage was found in the pathological slides of main organs which was obvious in heart in the group of high doses and it is a recoverable damage. YinqiaoJiedu Keli possesses safety in clinical dosage.
