计算机分析和人工方法检查精液结果比较研究

A comparative study of sperm exam by computer and semen test by man

目的比较计算机辅助精子分析与人工常规方法检查精液的结果,评价计算机辅助精子分析系统的临床应用价值。方法分别采用计算机辅助精子分析系统及人工常规方法对257例精液样本进行检测,并对两组结果进行比较;采用计算机辅助精子分析对同一精液样本重复检测8次。结果两种方法检测257例精液样本的密度、活动率及活力A+B的结果经统计学分析P>0.05,无显著性差异。同一样本用计算机辅助精子分析法连续检测8次,其精子密度、活动率和活力A+B的变异系数分别为7.54%、2.66%和4.79%,有较好的重复性。结论计算机辅助精子分析可替代人工常规方法在临床推广应用。

Goal This paper aims to compare sperm exam by computer with semen test by man and to estimate the value of sperm exam by computer in clinic. Method 257 sperm samples are examined separately by computer and man while using computer to test the same samples 8 times. Results Based on the statistic P〉0. 05, the test made with two methods shows that there is not any distinctive difference in density, livability and activity shown in A and B. However, assisted with computer and tested for 8 times continously, the CV of the sperm samples are as 7.54%, 2.66% and 4.79%, which indicates the better repetition. Conclusion computer can replace the routine test made by man for sperm exam in clinic.
