摘要
在高校排球战术设计中运用心理暗示技术,并探索其运用的模式。试验结果表明,在相同的教学时间内,通过心理暗示能够显著地提高学生的排球战术水平,为高校体育教学改革提供了一条新的科学思路。
This paper deals with psychological indication in the teaching of volleyball tactics to college students and explores the practical mode. The results indicated that this method could improve the strategic level remarkably through psychological indication within the same amount of teaching time. The method provides a new scientific thinking for the reform of sports teaching in higher school.
