摘要
本文论述按学分收费的积极意义,并指出学年学分制按学年收费的弊端,提出按学分收费的方法及相关措施。
This paper expounds the positive significance of charging by credit system, points out the disadvantages of charging students every academic year and puts forward corresponding measures of charging by credit system.
