以苜蓿丫纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒AcMNPV的膜表面糖蛋白基因gp64作为探针,对经不同内切酶酶切的家蚕核型多角体病毒基因组DNA进行Southern杂交分析,发现BamHⅠ酶切产生的4.2kb和7.6kb片段呈阳性杂交,经DNA片段回收,将4.
After the digestion of Bombyx mori NPV( Bm NPV) genome DNA with different restriction enzymes,the gp64 gene was localized with the gp67 gene probe from Autographa californica NPV. Two positive bands were found in the Bm NPV genome digested with Bam HⅠ, and their sizes were 4 2 kb and 7 6 kb respectively. The 4 2 kb fragment was cloned into the pBluescript vector , and the recombinant plasmid was named as pZDBM42.
