全面建设海河流域水利保障体系 促进流域经济社会又好又快发展

摘要
2007年，水利部海河水利委员会根据海河流域水利发展形势，进一步确立和完善了海河流域水利保障体系建设思路，并以此为中心积极有效地开展工作，各项事业呈现出良好的发展局面。
