摘要
不同发育时期黄皮种子的胚轴,经梯度蔗糖及梯度蔗糖加ABA(10μmol/L)预培养后,活力指数均有所提高;生理成熟期种子的胚轴经两种方法预培养后可降低胚轴的致死含水量,诱导胚轴的耐脱水性.其中。
The wampee( Clausena Lansium Skeels) embryonic axes were used as experimental materials and the results showed that the vigor index of different developmental stages was increased after precultured by gradient of sucrose and gradient of sucrose with 10 μmol/L ABA respectively. The lethal water content of physiological matured embryonic axes declined and the desiccation tolerance successfully increased after precultured by gradient of sucrose and gradient of sucrose with 10 μmol/L ABA respectively. Preculture with gradient of sucrose was better than that of gradient of sucrose with 10 μmol/L ABA in the induction of desiccation tolerance.
