枳实消痞颗粒治疗大鼠糖尿病性胃肠病作用机制的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨枳实消痞颗粒剂治疗大鼠糖尿病性胃肠病变的作用机制。方法选择雄性SD大鼠60只,用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病模型,用枳实消痞颗粒剂每天灌服治疗组大鼠,连续4周,实验结束取血浆及胃组织测定各鼠胃泌素、胃动素水平。结果糖尿病组大鼠血浆胃泌素水平下降,与正常组比较有差异(P<0.05);糖尿病组大鼠血浆、胃窦组织中胃动素水平均较正常组大鼠低(P<0.05);枳实消痞颗粒剂能提高糖尿病大鼠胃组织中胃沁素水平,血浆及胃组织中胃动素水平(与模型组比较P<0.05)。结论枳实消痞颗剂能通过提高糖尿病大鼠血清胃沁素水平、胃组织和血清中胃动素水平而改善其胃肠功能。 Objective To study the mechanism of action of Zhishi Xiaopi Granule (ZXG) on gastroenteropathy of diabetes rats. Methods 60 SD male rats were selected. Model of diabetes was induced by Alloxan. Rats in treatment group were given ZXG every day for 4 weeks. Gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MOT) in plasma and tissue of stomach were detected in all rats. Results The level of GAS in plasma and the levels of MOT in plasma and tissue of stomach were lower in diabetes rats than those in the normal group ( P 〈 0. 05). ZXG could increase the level of GAS in tissue of stomach and the levels of MOT in plasma and tissue of stomach in diabetes rats ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Zhishi Xiaopi granule could increase the level of GAS in plasma and the levels of MOT in plasma and tissue of stomach in diabetes rats to improve gastrointestinal function.
