鱼腥草注射液132例不良反应文献分析

Collective review of 132 ADRs induced by Houttuynia Cordata Thunb injection

目的探讨鱼腥草注射液所致的不良反应的临床特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对近7年国内医药期刊报道的鱼腥草注射液所致132例不良反应进行分类统计与分析。结果鱼腥草注射液所致不良反应在成人发生率较高,尤其是成年女性。出现不良反应时间主要发生在注射后30 min内,以静脉给药发生率为最高,与患者有否过敏史无关。结论正确、合理的使用鱼腥草注射液可以减少不良反应的发生率,保证临床用药安全。

Objective To inquiry into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by Houttuynia Cordata Thunb injection, and to supply reference information for clinical safe medication. Methods From the Chinese medical journals published in recent seven years, 132 cases of ADRs induced by Houttuynia Cordata Thunb injection were collected and analyzed. Results Among the 132 cases, the incidence rate of ADRs induced by Houttuynia Cordata Thunb injection was higher among adults, especially among female adults. The ADRs mainly occurred within 30 minutes after injection, and the incidence rate was the highest when the injection was through vein. There was no obvious relation between the ADRs and allergic history. Conclusion Rational application of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb injection can decrease the incidence rate of ADRs, and ensure the safe medication.
