二尖瓣环自动追踪法评价左心室收缩功能

摘要 目的:应用超声二尖瓣环自动追踪法评价左心室收缩功能。并研究二尖瓣环自动追踪法与 Simpson’s法对测量左心室收缩功能的相关性。方法:2006年12月~2007年2月174例受试者,男109例,女65例。取心尖四腔切面,应用 Simpson’s法测量左心室舒张末容积、左心室收缩末容积、每搏输出量、心输出量、左心室射血分数、每搏指数、心排指数,转换二尖瓣环自动追踪法模式分别测量以上指标。采用相关分析,比较二尖瓣环自动追踪法与传统 Simpson’s法对左心室功能测量的相关性。结果:两种方法测量指标相关系数分别为:左心室舒张末容积0.850、左心室收缩末容积0.920、每搏输出量0.627、心输出量0.604、左心室射血分数0.711、每搏指数0.617、心排指数0.631。左心室侧壁二尖瓣环部位组织多普勒速度与二尖瓣环自动追踪法所测左心室射血分数相关系数为0.626。结论:二尖瓣环自动追踪法与传统 Simpson’s法在测量左心室收缩功能方面相关性良好。二尖瓣环自动追踪法是评价左心室收缩功能的一项简便而准确的方法。 Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the clinical application of automated mitral annular tracking method for assessing left ventricular systolic function and try to find if there was correlation between the automated mitral annular tracking techniques and conventional Simpson' s method for assessing left ventricular systolic function. Methods: The end diastolic left ventricular volume (EDV), end systolic left ventricular volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV) , cardiac output (CO) , left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) , stroke index (SI) and cardiac index (CI) were detected by automated mitral annular tracking method and conventional Simpson' s method in the apical window at 4-chamber, respectively. All variables of the either way were determined with the use of analysis of correlation statistics. Results: The r of EDV, ESV, SV, CO, LVEF, SI and CI between automated mitral annular tracking method and conventional Simpson' s method, were 0. 850, 0. 920, 0. 627, O. 604, 0. 711, 0. 617 and 0. 631. The r between the LVEF measured by automated mitral annular tracking method and the left ventricle lateral wall velocity measured by tissue Doppler image method was 0. 626. Conclusion: Automated mitral annular tracking method had a good correlation with conventional Simpson' s method for assessing left ventricular systolic function.
