重新认识经皮球囊主动脉瓣成形术 被引量:1

摘要 经皮球囊主动脉瓣成形术(PBAV)已经过了20余年的发展历程,期间由于并发症的限制未能在临床广泛开展。本文就 PBAV 技术近年在胎儿、小儿(包括新生儿)、青少年、年轻成人和高龄老年患者的适应证、临床疗效、并发症预防等应用情况作一综述,并展望了该项技术在儿童和高龄老年患者中的临床应用前景。
