澳门是一个自由港城市,作为中国的一个特别行政区与国际接轨较为紧密。在建筑施工范畴内,通过澳门与内地工程预算编制、施工过程管理以及施工分包、物资采购管理的对比分析,总结了澳门与内地施工管理的差异,以期通过对澳门市场的了解,为准备进入国际市场的内地建筑企业提供有益的借鉴。

Macao is a free port city, as one of China＇s special administrative regions, it is more closely aligned with the international conventions. In the context of building construction, based on the comparison of project budgeting, construction process management, construction subcontract and material procurement management between Macao and the mainland, this paper sums up the differences of construction management between Macao and the mainland. By the understanding of the Macao market, this paper aims to provide useful reference for the mainland construction enterprises to enter the international market.
