摘要
近年北京进入了城市地铁的高速建设期,地铁商业开发商机凸显。北京地铁商业开发应借鉴国际城市地铁商业开发的模式和经验,谋而后动,使地铁建设真正形成地铁经济、增值地铁产业,带来地铁效益。
Beijing has entered into a fast track in metropolitan subway construction; the related commercial opportunities are emerging. The Beijing metro business development should learn from the business model and experiences from the international metropolitan past, acts follow planning, turn the metro construction into metro economy with value added service, and bring about metro benefits.
