高职教育证券行业人才培养目标的设想

Assumption of higher vocational and technical education in achieving the goal of cultivating security talents

随着证券投资行业的迅猛发展,市场对专业人才的需求越来越大,对其综合素质的要求也越来越高。如何培养证券市场需要的高职人才,一直是高职教育与证券机构研究的重点问题。本文针对北京市金融人才的现状,从证券行业对高职教育人才的培养要求入手,提出了证券专业人才培养目标和教学实践体系的设想。

Along with the extraordinary development in securities investment, the requirement of skilled professionals is getting bigger. Correspondingly, the more talents the security market required, the higher requirements is claimed to talents＇integrated qualification. The topic of developing securities talents with high quality and quantity under the system of high Vocational and Technical Education has always been stressed by High Vocational and Technical Education and Securities organization. This paper started with the requirements securities investment industry claimed in developing talents under the Higher Vocational and Technical Education system. According to actuality in Beijing markets, An assumption has been made in this paper to achieve the goal of cultivating securities investment talents under the Higher Vocational and Technical Education system.
