Sensitivity analysis of unbalance response for rotor bearing system

摘要 用有限元法导出了转子上各结点的不平衡响应对转子-轴承系统各参数灵敏度的计算公式。为了把灵敏度分析用于提高转子的平衡精度,着重分析了不平衡响应对结点的不平衡量以及对轴承油膜参数的灵敏度,给出了相应的表达式。这可为选择高效的校正平面,或改变油膜参数以提高平衡精度提供参考。针对大型汽轮发电机组,论证了在制造厂内对发电机和励磁机所组成的小轴系进行动平衡的必要性。 ? The formulas for calculating the sensitivity of unbalance response to the various parameters of the rotor bearing system of large turbogenerator sets were derived. The expressions of the sensitivity of response to the unbalance and the dynamic coefficients of the oil films were obtained. The previous study may help to improve the accuracy of balancing by suitable choosing the correcting planes and changing the coefficients of oil films. Besides, the necessity for balancing the generator rotor together with the excitor rotor was verified. 
